Helena, MT; 94 the first day, 70s the rest of the time. Lows:40s

Our plans were to stay in Helena for one night, but we liked it and felt we needed to stay longer. We stayed 3 nights. It was a great city. Small and beautiful. We could stand in the campground and look 360 degrees around and see mountains! There was a train that ran regularly, we camped next to a horse arena and there was a nice college in the area. Steve and I went outside one night and listened to the quiet, it was sooooo quiet even in the city.

One day we drove to the top of Mount Helena and we could see forever.
We also found these beautiful flowers there. We've been amazed at all of the flowers that grow up north. As cold as it is in the summer they can still grow petunias!

We found a military base, Fort Harrison. It is a National Guard Post.
Old and used during WWII.

Hunter got to talk with his friend for a long time last night.
Thank you Levi Bell for keeping up with our blog!!!

On our way to Glacier!!
