Lake Keowee in South Carolina

It is a beautiful campground here on Lake Keowee. Very peaceful and quiet. Not many campers here especially during the week. The sailboats seem to sail daily. Someone really enjoys his sailing time.

We were so glad to see the beautiful leaves in their red, orange and yellows when we drove through Georgia and South Carolina. We had not seen any colorful leaves this fall, so this was nice. The leaves were at peak when we first arrived. This isn't something you see in the western states, Florida or in other countries, so it is to be appreciated.

YUMMY!!
Had a nice campfire after we ate our chicken and veggies. Then we did it all over again when friends came the next night for dinner. We ate outside and had a fire. Ahhh, peaceful and relaxing! We wouldn't trade our life of camping for anything!
