Vail, Colorado and Vail Pass

As we kept driving to the next campground we drove through Eisenhower Tunnel that was 2 miles long and up Vail Summit. There we found a perfect spot to camp for the night. The temperature was probably in the 70s at Vail and 50's at the summit. It was in the 30s that night with possible snow flurries! A nice cool down!
The first photo is actually the drive just before Vail.

As we started heading up the pass Jacob said he was cold! ;) They had the windows open.

Do you see the poles in the photo below? They are snow markers,
so that people can see where the road is supposed to be when the snow is piled up.
