We camped right inside the town of Fort Laramie and the train ran right next to the campground! Exciting for the children, but kinda loud.
It was awesome though being in such an old, famous town! It was a great history experience. People often tell us that most children are in school learning this from textbooks, while ours are getting to see it and live it! We agree.This bridge was just right down the road from the campground.
I've read about and seen photos of super large produce up in Alaska, but we're not in Alaska, are we? Their dandelions are humongous compared to the ones in the southern states!!
